Email sent to Neotel from very unhappy customer: 7 VERY VALID REASONS FOR NOT CONTINUING THE NEOTEL SERVICE

1. It has taken Neotel the best part of nearly 2 years to change my address details from our Jhb address to our CT address.
2. I have struggled with signal in our new house. I called your call centre to ask if there was something I could do to improve signal. Your call centre told me I had to go to my nearest Neotel Store (N1 City, a 45 minute drive for me) and swap the hands free handset for a desk phone as the desk phone has a built in antennae. Your N1 City store does not swap phones. But i'm due an upgrade. So I take the new desk phone. Get home plug it in, wait a few hours for service... nothing. So I wait 24 hours.
3. Call your Technical dept in the morning. I was told the number had not been activated. Wait another 24 hrs... nothing
4. Call the Technical dept again the following morning. Told I need to go into the nearest store and RICA myself...
5. Also discovered your Technical people had activated my Jhb No.
6. Took phone back within the 7 day in store return policy and cancelled
7. Received my bill today and have been charged for this experience
