No sense of service to customers

I went to Game, Menlyn on the 15th February 2013 to buy a cellphone of R1, 000 or less because my phone had been giving me problems for a while. I am not going to divulge into the problems of trying to buy the cellphone in the first place. The desk is always empty and the staff are seriously unwilling to be of assistance quoting how tired they are. I settled on a Nokia C5. It froze within a day and i returned it on Wedensday 20 February. the phone had a scratch at the bottom (tiny i should say) they refused to take it. they asked me to go to Vodacom and asked that it be repaired. i refused coz my sale was with game. i had to ask for the Manager who also refused that it should be Game that gets the phone fixed not me. i still put my foot down and told them to give me a loan phone while getting this fixed. they eventually did (45 minutes later). when my phone got back i was phoned to collect at the cellular desk. when i got there i was referred to services desk. after 30 minutes of waiting sent back to cellular desk. issue: service and the phone is now worse after the supposed software upgrade. the screen blinks black stripes then reboot itself. it's only 9 days old. HELP!
