Hello??? Anyone working at Telkom???

Please see my complaint from the 24/01/2013:
" I changed my user name and password online, then i was taken to a window where it said "You've requested to change your username but did not activate the url (link) in the email sent to you. In order to complete the process, please click on the url (link) in the email. Email lost? Please log in with your old username and request a username change again.". I waited and waited for the activation e-mail to no avail! It has been 2 days and i haven't received an activation link, when i try log in on the old user name it gives me the same message! So i am not able to log into my account at all! I am running a business and this is ridiculous!!! I have tried calling the help centre (Complaint centre and Enquiry centre) but the phone just rings & rings and rings & eventually goes engaged! I have e-mailed for help (following the links on [URL Removed] & i have had no response from anyone! Your service isn't up to scratch! How am i suppose to sort this problem out!! Last year we were without telephone lines for a month!!
Can anyone in telkom sort this out??? "
