MTN is from all of us. MTN to MTN minutes

I receintly got nother contract, so in store all like you get 30 min free mtn min with this call, all nice this that. so on this contract, when this number phone MTN to MTN, the minutes get deducted their, so I have 2 more numbers in our family go over to MTN and I upgrade my contract to this as well, so new month starts and I note that when we call each other still taking my normal air time not mtn min, so call help desk, the that helps me still tries and argue with me, and then I refer him to first contract, where it worked as they promote it.? all of a sudden he has no Idea what going on, I am on hold for 15min, he gets back tells me he found mail that this was incorrect on their system, and they have changed it as of the new month.?
This is not right you can't change way contract works when you want, whats the use of having mtn to mtn min when you first have to deplete the air time you anyway pay for? So super visor called me he could also not anwser me, but he will escalate, it has been 3 weeks no call back, and now all sudden they start sending these just to let you know sms that these min only deduct after your regular min, this is, and contract breach
