Just more than two years ago I started paying a contract, but the sim was never activated despite me trying to do so several times. For two years they deducted my money and then called me to renew. The consultant promised me that I would get my two years airtime back if I renewed and he would ensure a successful sim swap which he did not do. I again had to call and fight for this to be done. After several attempts I was told that the past two years airtime had fallen away because it was not used within 6 months of it being issued.
Is this my fault? - MTN was not able to activate the sim, but still deducted the funds every month. After two years it was activated and now they refuse to give me what I had paid for. THIS IS BLATANT and MTN needs to be ashamed!!!
I must have contacted MTN more than 15 times and was told that they would get back to me, but nothing EVER happens.
I think it is only fair that I get what I had paid for--- It's ETHICAL LOGIC -- which in my opinion MTN is lacking!!!
