Not picking up after holding longer than 30 minute

MTN debit order was returned they deducted before time. The payment was done manually on 06 November. Yesterday the phone had issues like no internet can not phone out then found out it was suspended when trying to make a call. I am so tired of MTN. Cell C takes less than 2 minutes to pick up. It is as if this call centre is not manned at all and it is unacceptable how this operated. I wasted over 45 minutes from my phone as I personally choose not to be MTN. I hope they will contact me as I am waiting.
