BIG MAN COMPANY CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!

1 hour and 24 minutes waiting on the phone, who knows how long it could've taken. But I put the phone down as I could not bare to wait any longer as we all work unlike telkoms Call Centre.

If you disconnect my internet and charge me R180 reconnection fee, I WILL NOT PAY IT AS I TRIED CONTACTING YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT TO MAKE PAYMENT. But Mr Telkom Big man Company can't even pick up the little phone :( aww shame. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT reply back to me saying, 'Sorry for the inconvenience our Call Centre is experiencing issues' Because your bladdy well always having issues for the past 10 years.

Deliver your simple service as a Company should. We are customers and we are not here to serve you. We pay for you to serve us.
