Added R90 handset Instalment!!

I started a new contract with Vodacom - Samsung Galaxy S4 advertised at R389.00 p month for Smart M contract.

Got my first invoice for R395.22 - okay fine. But out of blue got a second R90 Bill for a Handset Installment!! I have not signed for this! I signed for 389/month not 479/month!! Nowhere is this mentioned when they advertise the phone or Contract!!

I have been with Vodacom for 2 weeks and I am fed up!!!
