DEBIT ORDER CAUSE MORE BILLING ON ACC

Our DSTV account was switched off on 5 November although payment was made on 4 November. When I contact the call centre I was told I had to pay another R50.00. Although I paid before it was switched off, I'm still liable for the R50.00 connection fee. I did not agree to that. Then a week later it was switched off again. Another call - NOTE ALL CALLS TAKES ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH. I told the lady it was switched off again for R50.00 and she apologised and said she will switch it on. That was a Friday evening after 07h00. The next morning I woke up at 06h00 to watch a program and it was off again. I phone them again. I paid the R50.00 connection fee and they asked me if I want to make use of debit order payment. I said yes. This month a sms came through for the debit order and it was double the amount of the package we were on. When I phoned them they said we request the package we were on now, which we didn't. I only request them to switch on the dstv and the debit order payment. I then ask how do I cancel a debit order payment authorisation and the guy at the call centre just put the phone down. BAD BAD SERVICE.
