Two days on phone to call centre - no answer!

My debit order for my cell phone account bounced. On the 3rd of July 2013 I made a manual EFT payment of the amount to MTN SP account. On the 14th July I started getting sms's requesting payment on the same account. I have been on the phone to the MTN call centre (808) for two days now. Every time I phone I put it on speaker for 10 minutes. No one ever answers!!
I now have no service on my cell phone because of the "unpaid amount" which I paid 2 weeks ago. AND I cannot get hold of ANYONE to assist to reinstating my services!
I HATE MTN and am waiting eagerly for my contract to run out in November so I can port my number ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
