Illing data even though volentary call limit

I have a 2 year contract with Vodacom. I have in place what they call a voluntary call limit of R50 so normally I pay 149 and if it reaches 200 they must soft lock me. Now my line is soft locked but my bill is 1400 and they keep on telling me that they don't cut sessions its a single connection however I logged ou on the 27th October but and then logged in on 28th but they tell me its a single connection I did not remove dongle but I did they don't find any connections after th 27th Ocober but I also used it in November they aren the worst network for a contract this is not the first time this happened but the last time I had no limit and therefore I paid and now I feel that I should not but they insist BAD CORPORATE CITIZEN NO MATTER HOW MANY DONATIONS YOU GIVE YOU DO IT AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR CLIENTS BAD CDDOMPANY.
