For the Third month I have had a "Sundry Charge" of R170.00 added to my monthly bill. This contract was taken out as advertised, there was no deviation from the advertised handset, airtime, data bundle or sms package. There was no mention of a Handset installment in print or by Vodacom personnel when the contract was taken out. The complaint has been brought to the attention of the Customer Care division twice (Sept and Oct) via the 111 number, calls have been logged, I have yet to have a reply from Vodacom. Credits have been passed on my account but for amounts of R167. 47. I am sure that if Vodacom does this to all its contract clients it will surely make a fortune from those that don't check their accounts and from those that do, they skim a R2.33. And to top it all I have the same charge reflecting on my November account, What next???
