ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH NEW CELL C CONTRACT

Since signing with Cell C, I have had endless headaches. The first problem I experienced was with my data. For some reason my free data was removed from my account and I was charged for all the data I used. I wanted is to add an additional recurring bundle on top of the data I already receive -but this is clearly a request which baffles Cell C.In the end, I was told it is not possible. I was even charged for data during a period BEFORE I signed my contract. Now my biggest issue. I struggle with connectivity constantly. I have to restart my phone around every two hours just to be able to briefly check my email. I have reported this issue to the Manager to the Cell C store in Kenilworth Centre. I have TRIED explaining that it is not just in certain areas, she insists that a technician need to come out and check the area. I understand that there are procedures, but it has now been more than a week since I was promised that the technician would contact me. I would like to cancel my contract but I'm told I can't until the technician has contacted me and submitted a report. So basically I won't be contacted for the next two years... right? This is breach of contract and would like a cancellation ASAP
