Bad service and not receiving my data

I have a contract for a galaxy note 2 which i got in February on a straight 100 which also included 300mb data on special, which means in total i should have received 400mb per month. However since inception i only received 100mb, i contacted cell c in May to query why my data finishes so quick & i incurred additional charges due to only receiving 100mb as i use alot of data.if the deal only included 100mb i would never have taken it up. When i called in May the agent advised me that i do infact get 300mb additional on my contract and that i should check again on the first of June. I did exactly that & i only received 100mb, I contacted cell c again and after a long time on the phone was told that in fact i did not receive the 300mb additional data & that the matter was sent in for investigation & that i would get a call within 24-48 working hours. After a week no call, no sms, nothing. I then contacted cell c again & was told that Phindile Nkosi was investigating the matter however didnt bother calling me with feedback. I still do not have my data, no call from anyone regarding it either. Cell C is in breach of contract and I will be cancelling, I will not settle for this bad service!!!
