MTN online shop no delivery

I brought two phones on MTN online shop two week ago. My Ref No is 333998755534. I have not received my phone yet. Last Friday, MTN told me there is no stock, and will refund me on this Monday. But No money transferred into my account until now. I would like to know what is going on here? What time I can have my money back?
