Worst service-Still sitting with a broken printe

I ordered an HP printer from their online shop and waited more than a month for delivery. I saw that they delivered the wrong model printer and it is broken as well. I keep phoning the call centre for assistance but I get told that they will phone me back so they can refund me or switch the printers. No one phones back. I will never buy from CNA again. Please be careful using their online shop.
