20 Days later and still no luck, my R59 BIS still not refunded. I laid a complaint on 28-10-2013 and was told the technicians will investigate y my airtime disapeared after i paid for it via my nedabnk internet account but nothing happened, I just waisted a whole day on the phone and my money is still not refunded or airtime received.
