On the 5th November I placed an order on the MTN online shop for a iphone 4s 16Gb. These phones went on special for R1999. The order was placed and the money deducted from my account. I phoen never got delivered. On the 19th the website indicated that I received delivery of the phone. I contacted the delivery company and they indicated they they could not get a hold of me and the phone was returned to MTN.

I then phoned MTN and explained what happened. They logged a call for me (2934178) and indicated they would resend the phone. On the 22nd I phoned again having not heard anything from them. New call logged (2948935). This time I am informed that they do not resend packages and seeing that they do not have any stock I will have to be refunded. This is my first experience with MTN and possibly the worst I have ever experienced at any retailer. How is something like this even possible?
