Out of stock - Refund taking more than a week

I ordered a HP micro server on 2013-01-25 (Friday). The following Monday 2013-01-28 I received a phone call from accounts letting me know HP Shop has no stock and will not be getting any. I requested a refund rather than credits. After a brief discussion with a call center agent yesterday (2013-02-04) I was informed the refund was only processed on 2013-02-01 (Friday) and it will take approximately 3-5 working days; so the refund was only processed 4 days after I received the phone call. Add the additional 3-5 working days and optimistically we're looking at 2013-02-03. Today is the 2013-02-05 and I have still not received my refund.

EFT payments do not take 3-5 days; If I pay a friend from an FNB account to an Absa account it reflects the next day (if not the same day). Please review your current refund process.
