Woolworths giving online shopping a bad name

I ordered 11 clothing items in the woolworths online shop. Delivery was promised in 4days. After 6 days I made an enquiry on the website and was emailed back that it will be investigated. Today is day 9 and i decided to phone the call centre. The agent also had no idea and phoned back an hour later and told me the delay is because they only have stock of 3 items. Out of 11. After I paid for the items almost 2weeks ago now suddenly theres no stock. When I asked what they will do about it the agent could not help me. I told her I want the full amount refunded and she didnt know how that works either. After she shouted to her colleagues in the background she told me she'll phone me back. I'm still waiting. This situation is ridiculous. If you run an online store how can you take my money for items you dont have?
