WORST WORST SERVICE EVER EVER!!!

I tried to upgrade my mother's phone to a new Virgin package. Never happened 9 calls to call centre later. Then cancelled upgrade and arranged for a port post 19 September 20113 - 34 calls to call centre and four personal visits to store - still not happened. Tried to speak to CEO was told he do not speak to customers and in any case the PA do not want to speak to me. Tried management on 12 occasions at head office number - no response. Two months later my mother cannot dial out nor is her number ported ----whereto now???
