Phoned the call centre

explained to the guy that i have a problem with the telkom adsl login details

that it does not work, the internet light on the modem stays red, but if i use another service provider adsl login details, its works perfectly, so there is no fault with the modem or the line!

the guy tells me, i see the account is soft capped, and ask's me
what do you want to do with it because it is soft capped it wont work...

does the staff get training on their products???

and if its soft capped, why am i not able to acess [URL Removed]?
