REVERSAL OF WRONGFUL DEBIT - OVER A MONTH

I applied for a cellphone contract online, it was approved. I was just waiting for the debit to go off and then my cellphone would be delivered within 5 working days. 3 days had past and the debit didnt go off, i realised it would be quicker if i go in store and apply for the contract. so i called the lady that assisted me with the online contract and told her to please cancel it, which she did. but then on the 16.11.13 the debit went off my account for R369.00.
I called in and queried it and they assured me it will be reversed. I called in about numerous times to query and all i get is that it is going to be reversed but cant tell me how long.it is now the 02.01.14 and still nothing. Its frustrating that i cant get my money back. i have to inconvenience myself with phone calls and emails for something that is owed to me. Please can i have my money back!!!
