Liars, and the worst service ive ever had!!!

Virgin contacted me last October to say that i was due for an upgrade on my 2 cell contracts with them. i agreed that id take an lg phone and a blackeberry, i was told that the lg would be delivered but they had no stock of the blackberry, on the 15th December i received the lg but still no word on the blackberry, i phoned virgin 27 times with not one supervisor being available to speak to me or a manager, you may not speak to anyone higher up than a call center consultant. always with the promise that someone will phone me back it march 2013 i am still waiting.
i got through earlier this month to another consultant who now tells me that no upgrade is available for me and that i now cant get my blackberry as previously agreed by them as it was just an error

i find this to be totally unacceptable, calls are recorded and it states on three different occasions that i was told by virgin my phone was on its way once stock arrived, i am loosing money on my business not having the promised blackberry and find this to be of very poor service conduct!!! customer service is an attitude not a department!!
