14 October I added a new cell phone to my portfolio. I requested a port. The port was done but the incorrect number was ported. I went back into the store and they assured me that it was their error and that the porting would be reversed. after many phone calls to the call centre and emails back and forth this has still not been rectified. nearly 2 months down the line! I can do no banking on internet as they send an rvn to cell phone. I have received no phone calls. I have spoken to Neo at call centre and he still says we must wait. I have left messages for Ezekial at call centre and sent him email and I have had NO response. what more can I do?
