For more than 6 months now I have been trying to get my contracts sorted our with you guys. You have made promise after promise that it will be sorted out and that my lines will be re-instated. I have sent my bank statements through to you so many times and each time you want more? For the last 2 weekends I have camped at your store in the Kollonade mall in Pretoria, looking for answers. When we at last got the information that the problem was found on your billing / collections side and that my lines will be re-instated latest today. I was promised that I would be called today with all the information and receive a statement that my account balance has been fixed. I have this on email from your staff, exactly as stated above. Today once again, we have found that you guys provide nothing but empty promises but yet month after month insist on taking my money, for a service which I have not been able to use in months. I have bombarded every possible way of communication into your company only to receive more empty promises. How much longer will you guys want to play this game? I am telling you that I am at my end with this matter.
