TERRIBLE SERVICE YET AGAIN

I have 2 contracts with 8TA. I changed my banking details and my debits did not get paid. in September I paid for the one contract and my line was unsuspended. in October, my lines were yet again suspended. When i contacted 8TA, i was told that because it was under 1 account, both lines wre suspended. My debit for the oustanding funds were received on the 18/10/2013 and to date my lines have not been re-instated. i am appuled at the level of service received from 8TA. Last week i was advised that both my contracts have been cancelled with no notification to me or authority from me to do so. i am being promised everyday that it will be sorted out. 8TA have taken my money and are now kicking me from pillar to post and not sorting out my contracts. I have now had enough and am going to lay a complaint with the relevant authority boards. Remember, according to the consumer protection act, if a service is paid for, you are obligated to provide the service which you have not done and i will take this up to a higher authority.
