Taking My money But DON'T PAY OUT

I Barend Petrus Helberg ID:9011095057087 Claimed my Samsung's from the 26/06/2013 today is the 04/09/2013 almost two months and I still haven't got paid out. You guys are very fast to take my money for "disputed Claims" Which is fair I made peace with it (I did send all my claims to samsung talk). But still to come back I am Waiting three months for my Pay-outs and still Nothing Every time I phone in the consultant's say no wait you will get pay out on next week Tuesday so every time it is the same 'Story' I'm starting to wonder if they get paid to tell us these lie's and now the latest two weeks they claim that I was linked to two different stores, that's why I haven't get paid as yet. It was fixed on the 13th of august almost a month ago and I still haven't got payed I should have got paid the next Monday this is very unacceptable and I just don't get any feedback from you guys I would Demand On a Pay out today otherwise tomorrow the latest. Oh by the way Renier just makes empty promises and say that he will phone me back the same day, he also told me last Friday that he will phone me today and its past 5 already and I haven't even heard a beep from him. Thank You
