Their incompetance my inconveniance

I struggle since dec 2012 to get my contracts sorted out which they have loaded wrong. I took out a top up contract and they loaded an open contract, every time I have to pay the amount and every time they said they going to sort it out and it just never happened. I have different lines with them and every month they soft lock my account and then I must struggle to get it sorted out and it is still not sorted out, to get my lines open. at this stage I pay for a service I can not utilise, the said contract is still locked but I pay for it every month. at their head office the person promise me every time every thing is sorted but it is not the problem is still the same.
