NEVER EVER OPEN A CELLPHONE CONTRACT AT 8TA

I opened 5 lines at 8ta in May 2013 the 2 years of my contract expired. I called into the 8ta call centre in April to say I DO NOT want an upgrade & would just like them to convert the numbers to prepaid. I was told that is fine & May 2013 will be the last time they will debit from my account. In June 8ta tried to pull off the money from account again & there was no money in my account so I was charged by my bank as well. I called various times into 8ta to let them know that I have closed my contacts and they must stop trying to take money from my account. Then in July 2013 they again took off R590 from my account & i then went into the 8ta store and they cant help me they just log a report. Then I got an email from 8ta saying I must still pay for the months that the contracts were in use. I was furious saying that is ridiculous as I had cancelled the contracts in May already. Its not my problem. Now in August they took off R1040.10 from my account. I called them AGAIN and they say the case has been sorted and I was like its not sorted becuase you taking my money. Please please never use 8ta. They are teh worse with customer service & no one knows what is going on. Thanks
