Still not recieving calls - work for almost 1 week

Hi

i'm complaing about my wifes cell c phone AGAIN. She can't recieve calls AGAIN. i can't get through to 084 140 i stay on hold and eventually gets cut off. My wife is losing business her clients can't phone her. I want this contract cancelled now we seriously can't have a phone with this kind of problems and losing clients all the time. i'll rather spend a couple of thousand rand AGAIN to change all her business cards, flyers, signs and all the ads we placed in newspapers with her number and go to vodacom or mtn.
