I'm beyond words cause words are wasted on these guys. Five months trying to change the billing date. Even with my account up to date they still won't do it. At first the billing date was 21 of each month, now it's 16th of each month. At whose request??? Are they??? All I get is failed promises when I follow up. They won't even send me a written confirmation of the empty promise they keep making, it's quiet obvious cause they know that at the end of the day they are just bull me!
