Beyond Excellence - Phila Dube

It is always a great pleasure to deal with people like Phila Dube - especially after a series of bad Customer service I always experience with various service providers in our country!

I must say Phila Dube's performance is 'Beyond excellent' - I had a series of requests from sim swaps, to applying for new contracts for my daughters Birthday presents, to wraping the phones, etc - and I must say I was impressed by the way he handled the whole process. Even just observing him assisting other clients while I was in the queue, put a smile on my face. In a nutshell, I would like to commend Phila for:
oAlways willing to help and being proactive with a positive outlook.
oFollow through - see tasks through to the end
oGo the extra mile mile - make the customer feel valued.

We need more Philas in our Service Industry!
