UNABLE TO CONTACT MTN FOR RECONNECTION

I have an mtn contract line for many years. I pay approximately R1500 a month. For the last 2 months, my account was R2500 each, and i was unable to pay. They subsequently suspended my account, understandably so.
On Monday 4 Nov i paid R2500, and on Thurs i paid the balance. I have been trying incessantly to get hold of MTN. From the Monday that i made the first payment, I cant get through to customer care. All MTN numbers listed in the directory, when I dial them they just ring with no response. When I call the customer care on 808, as soon as i press 0 to speak to a consultant, i get disconnected. This happens when I call from a telkom number and my MTN number.

I am extremely frustrated. I have been trying for 3 hours, since 8:30 to get hold of ABSOLUTELY ANYBODY in MTN. This kind of service is despicable for a huge company like MTN. It is especially disappointing to me as my kids have a vodacom line, and as soon as I make the EFT, they are connected in the next 15minutes. Without me having to call and make them aware of the proof of payment made.

I am extremely disgusted at the level of neglect MTN displays to its customers. Access to communication with MTN is despicable.
