I ordered a Samsung Mini on your Smart plan 100 on the 5th November 2013. I was debited on my account today 08th November and I never received any call from Telkom in this regard and no device to show for this.
I spent more than 3 hours on the phone with probally the whole of telkom mobile and guess what im still at the start point.

I have been told my details dont exist on there system i cannot be picked up but conveniently my account details can be picked up to take my money.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BAD BUSINES TO ANYONE!!
