Once again, its the beginning of the month and multichoice has deactivated my services because they cant allocate payment i made three months ago, just got off the line now with a consultant asking her to reconnect my services, last monday i recieved a call from a gentleman at 9pm infprming me that a lady by the name of Dineo will be managing my account to make sure i am not disconnected. I have sent my proof of payment numerous times, i dont understand why this takes so long to get sorted. and why they cannot keep their promise to make sure i stay connected, once again i have to spend money to get credit to call multichoice, hold for 15 minutes before i get assistance. This is becoming a nightmare...
