Appauling Service (And thats an understatement!)

I am very disturbed by the level of service and inconvenience caused to me by Altech.

At first I called in to cancel my contract as I was offered a better deal elsewhere. I was asked and convinced to extend it and a better upgrade will be given. I subsequently got an S4 on a package that promised to give 1G data, 100 free minutes and 100 sms'. My device with a Cell C sim was delivered last week Thursday after I had to call to enquire when they will be making the delivery and was told the driver got lost! %^$! ^&*%! *&%^??? I spent over 20minutes on the line with the courier company and the driver to get them to where I was.
Since this device was delivered, It was never RICA'd nor was the porting done within 24 hours as promised. Friday Afternoon I called the call center and spoke to a certain gentlemen who also promised that the matter would be sorted out. It was NOT. I spent the entire weekend off the network and they have a nerve to even bill me for it before they render the service!! Monday I called. Got the same promise. Tuesday, Wednesday I called and like a fool I believed them. Till this day my sim is not working. I want to cancel the contract before any more problems.
