No delivery of device and want to cancel upgrade

Good Evening

My name is Hurcherey and I've done my upgrade via online sales department on Thursday 21/11/ 2013 before 12h00 as its states if you place your order before 12h00 your device will be delivered the next day. The number which I upgraded was 0823035804 eversince I am still waiting for my device to be delivered. I called the call centre several times and they promised me its out for delivery but the one agent verified my details again and I found that the delivery address and my contact number was wrong and the agent told me that the courier agent tried to contact me but no answer but its the wrong number that they have. I called yesterday Wednesday 27/11/2013 and I want to cancel my upgrade as I rather go to a store as I am now waiting for 6 days for delivery and I send a email to the online sales department 27/11/201 and Vuyokasi and Kagiso replied to my email and a guy contacted me and promised it will be delivered today 28/11/ 2013.When it wasn't deliverd I called the centre again and after trying several times to get to the correct department as I was transferred all over the show I finaly spoke to Carol who was going to email Kagiso to give me feedback, but Im still wa
