Autopage
No Call even though it was promised within 24 hrs

I lodged a query on Altech Autopage's website on 03/02/2013. I subsequently received an email stating that I would be contacted within 24 Hours. 3 days later, still no contact. I need information on my current contract with them, and would like to enquire about the possibility of upgrading my contract - which would mean more business for them.

Late in January, I asked for a call back as well. Again, promised one after 24 Hours. I wanted to register for a data contract. At the same time, I lodged a query with MTN. Within minutes, MTN called me. Later that day, an MTN Consultant called again to enquire if I was helped properly. At that point, I decided to take the contract through MTN even though I actually wanted to do it through Autopage since I already have one contract through Autopage. Since I took the contract then with MTN, Autopage lost that business as well.
