I have been trying to change my debit date with you guys for months now and every time I speak to a different person they tell me a whole up stories that my account with you is in arrears. I have asked you guys to change this to the original date that was given in the sales convo. And how can you let a person like CINDY handle your clients finances giving them attitude like that I am sorry that I ever did business with you guys. Trust me none of my family and friend will use your services. Every time I call in using my own air time, your advisor tells me that all the Managers in the call center are busy they will try to find someone to call me back ever they can and no one has.

I will cancel the contract and take my business somewhere else. Every time I speak to a different person they give me a different premium to pay and now tell me that my acc with you is.
You don't debit my acc then I have to go and stand in queue to pay a different premium that you people gave of which I don't know what to pay any more.
