Failure to collect packages for delivery

Melrose North area drivers (usually 3 of them) always great service

Monday morning till Monday late afternoon been contacting the drivers via SMS and calls but no response
Tuesday morning till afternoon tried to make contact again and still no response, called head office and was told they will send a driver, waited the entire day and no one arrived
Wednesday was told there are no drivers for Melrose North area any longer but they will send a driver to collect in the morning.
I explained that I've been waiting since Monday and these are urgent as well as my customers now complaining and losing work because of this.
They promised pick up and delivery to be done on Wednesday.
Driver arrived past 5pm and package was not delivered the same day.
Customers now upset with me asking for a refund.
Finally packages delivered on Thursday.

Today, tuesday requested pick up again at 9:30am and no one has arrived yet again even though I called to confirm and was told a driver will definitely pick up.

Disgusted at the way they are operating at the moment. Very unprofessional.
