I am a client at Nashua Mobile for many years. When I wanted to upgrade my phone in June, the consultant advise me to wait until my contract expire and then to migrate to another network because the phone which I wanted will be on a better package. I appreciate his help and service. I waited until the 9th of September (Monday) and applied for the migration. His words towards me was that he will call me on Friday to fetch my phone. I waited until the afternoon on Friday and called, he was day off, will only be back Monday and he will contact me Monday. He didn't call back. I called again Tuesday, he told me that the migration is in the last stage, he will call me back later to fetch the phone. Never called back. I called again 16:45, he told me he will call me within 30min. At 17:45 he called and said that the migration will still take another two days (Wednesday & Thursday) but he will call me. I told him that I won't be available those two days, he promised to send me an sms. Nothing happened. I called Friday again, now the phone might be delivered at the store over the weekend. After this 2 year contract, it will be the end of this relationship. Deliver what you promise, please!
