1 week later still no service after upgrade

20 May - Called MTN Direct to get upgrade on my contract, migrated from Voice contract to data contract
24 May - Original line/sim removed from network. Device delivered with new sim card. Not on network
25 May - Called 808 told that system down
26 May - Called 808 x2 & told systems are down again
27 May - Called 808 found out from CSC that no RICA. Consultant too my details and said he would processes RICA & that all would be sorted out or someone would call if any additional information was needed.
29 May - 2 days l8r STILL not connected to network & no phone call. Resort to twitter @MTNzaService (maybe I will get results)
30 May - Resorted to go to Northgate SP where I RICA (I'm cheesed off that I had to do this in the first place because I have been using this line for 5 years & I had to waste time and money to deal with someone's incompetence). RICA done get home in the evening device STILL not on network.
31 May - Call 808 & told to switch off phone for 15mins & reboot. Do this x2 no joy. Call again told I must remove sim. Still no joy. Sent DM to @MTNzaService who said he would help NOTHING.
WHAT MUST I DO TO GET QUALITY SERVICE COS U DON'T TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS
