I called several times to your offices on Friday and they promised me delivery on Monday at the latest as the parcel has been sent on Thursday already. Monday at around 1600 I call them again and they confirm to me that the driver is in town and the item will be delivered before 1700. 1700 nothing so I call again and once again they confirm driver is still in town and parcel will be delivered. Then eventually by calling again one says no the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday and as I was planning on going on holiday early Tuesday morning and the parcel was a Christmas gift and your employees promised me the parcel will be delivered I postponed going on holiday as it is a gift. So at around 1100 still no parcel.

Call them again only for the employee to tell me that the courier services you use is closed and won't be delivering any time this week!

What kind of service is that?!

Truly disgusted client and will never do business with this courier service.
