FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS I ONLY PAID MY CELL ACCOUNTS ON THE 4TH OF THE MONTH, FAITHFULLY EMAILED PROOF OF PAYMENT AS WE DID FOR THE PAST YEARS, MAILED THE PROOF TO WEBMASTERMTN & ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AND YET TODAY THE PHONES WAS SUSPENDED!!! WE ALSO PAY MORE THAT WHAT WE SHOULD ON REGULAR OCCASIONS. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENTS BUT HAD NO SUCCESS (083173), CALLS CUT AND I DON'T EVEN GET THROUGH TO ANY AGENTS. YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AT ALL, I WILL NOT RENEW ANY OF MY CONTRACTS SHOULD IT BECOME UPGRADABLE STARTING IN JANUARY. NOW PLEASE ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNTS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OR I WILL PASS THIS ON TO THE OMBUDSMAN. IF I COULD PLACE PROOF OF PAYMENTS ON THE HELLOPETER SITE I WOULD. YOUR SERVICES IS SUCKING.
