Hi, I had 2 Cell C contracts with Cell C for 4 years. (Just to mention, that this is the second time I am contacting Hellopeter.com. The first time the problem was res. I changed from one bank to another, and since it was so big issue for Cell C to change without me going to the closest branch, I decided to pay my contracts electronically every month. And I have been, but every month my phone got disconnected, because according to Cell C I am in arrears, then I forward proof of payment again (proof of payment sends automatically with every payment to [Email Removed] then they switch the phones on again, the next month the same thing all over again. When I phone Call Centre, every operator tells me a different story. One person says I am in arrears with R600, R350, the next one R100. I have all the proof of payments, I keep on sending them. But still they refuse to switch the phone on. I am waiting for a reply for more that 2 weeks to sort this out, no word from them yet. I am frustrated with Cell C. I cancelled the contracts when it expired in September, but they refuse to cancel due the fact that they say I am in arrears. I hope someone with sense will sort this out.
