Nightmare getting someone to help

Good Morning, I have a corporate account with Autopage Cellular, I haven't received a statement since March 2013. I've paid R2000 deposit to activate international roaming early this year and yet to receive a credit.

I have been trying to get someone to assist me for the last 2 weeks but I keep getting pushed around, no one can help me. They can't find who is responsible for my account, because all head office deals were moved to stores. Debit orders are going through my account but I don't know how to plan because I don't get a statement. It's an absolute nightmare getting someone to assist.

My bill has multiplied by 4 in the last 3 months and I fear this month's debit order. Is there anyone at Autopage who cares enough to sort out my issues?
