Bad Service Month after Month

I have been a Customer for the last 8 or ten years and never had this much trouble with accounts and customer care, I have four contracts with them. On 2013-12-02 I received 4 calls form Cell C Helpline telling me that this has been done and that has been done on the accounts and still nothing is done to fix the problem, this is after I have been on the line with customers Care (140) and spoken to Hlengiwe Cele the 30 of Nov. 2013 and sorting the problem out and even e-mailed the proof of payment to her and to [Email Removed] after I have paid my accounts on the same day. Still on 2013-12-03 received SMS that my Cell C acc. is in arrears on one number, but strange the other acc. paid on the same day is fine in fact the one acc. is in credit for R1487.15, this is after I paid in cash and then Cell C debit my account twice in one month. DID STOP PAYMENTS AT BANK. Holy paid my accounts this month and they debit my account again. On 2013/12/03 I did contact Cell C customer service after receiving SMS and the person at Cell C just kept on going off that I own them still something like R70, but Cleary been pay my acc. as per Cell C statements received with out arrears.
