I did a sim swop over 32 hours ago and get still havnt received connection and activation of my new sim.

This is highly frustrating and very bad service.
The electronic customer helpline does not put you through to a consultant and i have been waiting for ages and nothing has happened.
Please can something be done about this immediately.

This phone number is on a 24 hour call as i am a doctor.
The consultants at the MTN store assured me it would be done by this afternoon, and after going back to the shop,
still, nothing has changed.
