Nashua Mobile
Still not paid my money

I made a compliant to hello peter regarding Nashua Mobile, As I mentioned before I applied for a contract phone with Nashua mobile however they were slow with their procedures and ended up going elsewhere. I never took anything from Nashua and the only time I signed was when I made a contract application, I did not take their devise but they kept on deducting money from my account and they said they will investigate but up until today I have not received my money back, they were quick to take my money but know they don't want to bring it back. This is beyond my power, please help.
